Super great cut game with JWSS today. You did reali great. Keep up the good work. Focus more on your throws now. Okay? I also know that you wanted more training, but due to our tight timetable we are unable to organzie more training. We shall disuss about extra training when everyone is free.

There maybe a match against Hwa Chong Institution.
Details are still confirming with Hwa Chong Institution.
Most likely we will have this match at West Coast Park Field.
Date will be on the Saturday, 2th May 2009.

More information will be update once it is confirm.

How did we get this match?
- Kah Wai called his ex-frisbee teacher and asked him to have this match.

had training today @Shuqun Sec once's again~
reach around 3pm, started warm-up & etc.
& played 2 rounds of friendly match w them conducted by coach bryan
won 1 match, & loss 1 match as well.
aftermath, went to IMM for our late dinner~
& HSH~
